Honest comparison

Vigilo vs Crisis24, International SOS, INSO.

We won't tell you we're better at everything. We're not. Here's what each one genuinely does well, where each falls short, and which fits your team.

Honest framing. This page reflects publicly observable posture — self-serve access, published pricing, openness of methodology, target customer. It is not a capability ranking, and we will not pretend to know things about competitors that we don't. Anything questionable is sourced or clearly labelled "publicly observable."

Side by side, no hand-waving.

For travel-risk and duty-of-care — the segments where most teams choose between these vendors.

Honest position

Where Vigilo does not pretend to compete.

We are not a 24/7 operations centre. If a kidnapping happens, Vigilo will not put a helicopter in the air. Crisis24 and International SOS will. If that's what you need, buy that.

We are software, not a services firm. No in-country analysts, no on-the-ground evacuation, no liability indemnity beyond a software contract. We won't sell you a value that requires people we don't have.

We are not SOC 2 today. Targeted for 2027. If your procurement requires SOC 2 already, we're not the right fit yet — say so and we'll explain when we expect to be.

Where we are competitive: transparency, cross-domain breadth, affordability for the mid-market and prosumer segment. That's the whole thesis. If those things matter to you more than 24/7 GOC, we're worth your 15 minutes. If you need an evacuation contract — go to the people who sell that.

15 minutes is all it takes.
